Symbion is a large and growing national healthcare company. Demonstrating its commitment to support the Australia’s pharmacy industry the company has just completed an all-new, multi-million dollar warehouse.

The 12,000m2 facility incorporates the latest iterations of Symbion’s integrated warehouse technology systems including Goods-to-Person and high speed A-frame order assembly.

The new Melbourne facility is located in the city’s south eastern suburbs immediately adjacent to the East Link, further enhancing Symbion’s ability to service its customers across the State.

Working together with the builder Australand, Ansa Doors successfully supplied and installed a total of (3) Ansa Mavifold F30 type High Speed Doors and (15) various sized ‘H13’ Heavy Duty 100mm Roller Shutters for the distribution Warehouse.

AM Group business Ansa Doors has expanded its service capabilities by having recently taken possession of a new Isuzu truck to compliment the growing service, repair and maintenance business.

The new vehicle is an Isuzu 200 series truck with a large 6.3mtr carry length capacity and also come fitted with a rear mounted crane. It brings the total number of four service vehicles to cater for the increased preventative maintenance business.

In the last 12 months Ansa Doors has structured it’s Service business to better facilitate the demand for Preventative Maintenance requirements. As part of this, Ansa Doors has a dedicated Preventative Maintenance team ensuring there is adequate resource and planning for all the preventive maintenance requirements.

Regular preventative maintenance, servicing and lubrication will maintain the overall operating performance and safety of the speciality door or roller shutter. It will also identify any curtain alignment, spring tension requirement, cable replacement or worn parts before serious and costly problems occur.

AM Group business Ansa Doors has again helped to deliver the successful completion of another new Ambulance Victoria station, this time is the western suburbs location of Caroline Springs.

The Caroline Springs station will cater for the largest growing community in Victoria and will help improve Ambulance response times to emergencies.

Again working together with Varcon Constructions, Ansa doors supplied and installed a total of one (1) AB100 Bi-folding door,  one (1) H13 motorised roller shutter and one (1) motorised sliding gate for this new facility.

When building their new high visibility head office in Port Melbourne Victoria, Corplex elected to engage AM Group company Ansa Doors to supply and install a high visibility bifold door.

Ansa Doors supplied and installed the AB-100 series Bifold Door, the eye-catching appearance of this door highlights the build quality and high end look Corplex were aiming to achieve.

At a cost of $212 million, the Victorian Government is introducing 940 Victoria Police Protective Services Officers (PSOs) progressively to every train station in metropolitan Melbourne and major regional train stations to improve safety for customers.

The program will improve safety on the public transport network. Victoria Police will recruit and train the 940 Protective Services Officers by November 2014.

As part of this program, Ansa Doors has been involved in supplying roller shutters for the upgraded train station facilities to service the officers requirements. In the last 12 months Ansa Doors has supplied over 200 Ansa series E82 Aluminium Roller Shutters for more than 75 upgraded stations. This list will continue to grow as PSOs begin patrolling at every metropolitan station in Victoria.

Ansa Doors recently completed the supply and installation of over (60) Ansa Doors Steel Roller Shutters to the new Bunnings DC facility located in Eastern Creek Sydney.

Working with Quanstruct Constructions Ansa Doors delivered the product to its strict quality control standards and to the tight time frame required to deliver the overall project to the Bunnings.

Following  our successful tender for the supply and installation of bi-folding doors and auto gates at the new Ambulance Victoria facility in Melton, Ansa Doors is now happy to confirm a satisfactory completion of the station.

Working together with Varcon Constructions, Ansa doors supplied and installed a total of two (2) AB100 Bi-folding doors and one (1) motorised sliding gate for this new facility. This station further improves Ambulance Victoria’s  ability to service the growing outer suburban region of Melbourne and greater Victoria.

Ansa Doors is proud of its working association with Ambulance Victoria and we now look forward to working on the next station to be located in the western suburb of Caroline Springs.

Ansa Doors recently installed a Hi-Cycle version of its AT100 Tilt Door for a Becon Construction project in Ringwood Victoria. This Bar Grille style tilt door is the main entry/exit to the newly built Omnico Office Building.

The door is designed and constructed for hi-cycle usage so naturally Ansa’s robust and reliable door range was the preferred choice.
