Features
-
Curtain - Constructed using 100 x 0.8 mm or 100 x 1.0mm interlocking slats in galvanised steel roll formed in house at Ansa Doors. Slat thickness is dependent on the opening width and any security requirements. The slats are retained in position using nylon end clips, fitted with nylon rivets. For more information, refer to technical information detail below.
-
Bottom Rail - Rigid extruded aluminium section, with PVC seal. An optional steel angle bottom rail can also be provided. For more information, refer to technical information detail below.
-

Side guides size is 75 x 35 x 2.0mm or 100 x 35 x 2.0mm. Guide type is dependent on opening width. Where required or specified, the side guides are securely fixed to fixing angles or posts of size and thickness to suit the shutter and application. For more information, refer to technical information detail below.
-
Roller Drum - Fabricated from mild steel or galvanised tube with the outside diameter and thickness appropriate to the size and application of the steel roller shutter.
-
Bracket Plates - Fabricated from 10mm mild steel in sizes to suit the height and width of the opening and engineered tube size.
-
Operation - Either chain operated or electrically operated. Steel shutters requiring electrical operation can be activated through a variety of control devices, to suit application or your preference.

-
Vision / Ventilation - As an optional extra, slats can be provided with perforations or slots to provide ventilation or vision through the curtain. For more information, refer to technical information detail below.
