Applications

The 1EA aluminium truck shutter door is suitable for smaller compartments or cabinets with minimal headroom. The slats are not sealed, therefore the door is recommended for interior use or exterior use where there is limited exposure to the elements. This truck shutter is typically used on emergency vehicles, maintenance vehicles and equipment trailers.

Features

  1. Curtain - 25mm extruded aluminium section interlocking slat. The slats are retained in position using nylon end clips. For more information, refer to technical information below.
  2. Bottom Rail - Rigid extruded aluminium section complete with finger pull. A bottom seal can be provided as an optional extra. For more information, refer to technical information below.
  3. Side Guides (Track) - Rigid extruded aluminium sections complete with splayed tops. For more information, refer to technical information below.
  4. Roller Drum - Fabricated from mild steel or galvanised tube, with the outside diameter and thickness appropriate to the size and application of the aluminium truck shutter.
  5. Bracket - Fabricated from 3 mm galvanised steel wheel brackets in sizes to suit the height of the opening and engineered tube size.
    Nylon corners supplied for sliding configuration doors.
  6. Operation - Generally hand operated. However, appropriate tube motors can be fitted.
  7. Door Locking - A variety of locking systems are available. For more information, refer to technical information below.
  8. Finishes - Aluminium components are supplied in mill finish as standard. Etch and clear anodising or powder coating (in standard available colours) is an optional extra and is applied using our in house powder coat line at Ansa Doors. All mild steel items are provided with zinc rich primer paint, hand applied.
  9. Weight - 6.827 kg/m2
